Security Deposit Policy
To maintain the integrity of our brand and protect against product damage or loss, all affiliates are required to submit a refundable security deposit upon joining the program.
This deposit is held by Veloria City as a security measure and will be:
- Fully refunded upon successful completion of the affiliate agreement and return of any unsold inventory in original condition
- Partially or fully forfeited in the event of product damage, loss, or breach of affiliate terms
The deposit amount will be communicated to you upon approval, based on the value of products assigned to you. This is a standard industry practice to ensure mutual accountability and professionalism.
Affiliate Terms & Responsibilities
- Affiliates must represent Veloria City products honestly and professionally at all times
- Products must be handled with care and stored safely
- All orders collected must be forwarded to Veloria City promptly for processing and fulfillment
- Affiliates may not alter, rebrand, or misrepresent any Veloria City product or pricing
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable local laws regarding sales and promotions
- Veloria City reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time in case of policy violations
