We're happy to ship your order anywhere in Pakistan via Postex Courier Services.

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through Postex, including remote and rural areas where Postex provides delivery services.

2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within [1–3] business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities/Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by Postex and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier backlogs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
  • We may offer free shipping on orders above [PKR X], as indicated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via [SMS/email/WhatsApp]. You can track your shipment directly through the Postex tracking portal at [Postex tracking link].

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
If COD is available, please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid delays.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Postex will typically attempt delivery [2–3] times. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us, and the customer will be contacted before any further action (re-shipping or refund, subject to applicable charges).

8. Incorrect Address / Undelivered Orders
Veloria City is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete, incorrect, or unreachable addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with relevant details/photos so we can investigate with Postex and arrange a resolution.
