Our bags are crafted from premium materials including genuine leather, vegan leather, and high-grade canvas — depending on the style. Each product page lists the exact material used so you can shop with confidence. We source only from suppliers who meet our strict quality standards.

Select styles in our collection are made from genuine full-grain or top-grain leather, while others feature premium vegan leather for a cruelty-free alternative. The material is clearly stated on each product listing. Both options are built to last and maintain their look over time.

Each bag listing includes detailed dimensions (height, width, depth) and capacity information. As a general guide: mini bags are perfect for essentials on a night out, medium bags fit daily must-haves like a phone, wallet, and keys, and large totes comfortably hold a laptop, planner, and more. Many of our bags feature adjustable shoulder straps and some include detachable straps for versatile styling — wear it as a crossbody, shoulder bag, or clutch. Strap details are listed on each individual product page under the features section.

Some of our bags feature water-resistant coatings or linings, particularly our canvas and vegan leather styles. Genuine leather bags are naturally resistant to light moisture but should not be submerged or exposed to heavy rain. We recommend using a leather protector spray for added protection.

Bag Care & Maintenance

For leather bags, wipe gently with a soft dry cloth and use a leather conditioner every few months to keep it supple. For vegan leather, a damp cloth with mild soap works well. Avoid harsh chemicals, direct sunlight for prolonged periods, and overstuffing the bag as it can distort the shape. Store in the dust bag provided when not in use.

Yes! All Veloria City bags are delivered in premium branded packaging. Select styles also include a protective dust bag to keep your bag safe during storage and travel. This is part of our commitment to delivering a luxury unboxing experience.

Store your bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Stuff it lightly with tissue paper to help it retain its shape. Avoid hanging bags by their straps for long periods as this can stretch them. Use the dust bag provided to protect against dust and scratches.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our support team as soon as possible via our Contact page and we'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options may be available at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Use it to monitor your delivery in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please reach out to us.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the bag is unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Bags that show signs of use, scent, or damage will not be accepted. Sale items are non-refundable. Please contact us to initiate a return.

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority.
